Alliance Health & Human Services, a Southborough firm with eight nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Massachusetts, has added a ninth facility to its portfolio with the purchase of the Coleman House nursing and assisted living facility in Northborough.

Located at 112 West Main St., the property with the 68-room facility was sold for $5.98 million in a transaction finalized on Friday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. The property was sold by West Twenty Inc., an entity managed by Coleman House.

The $6-million sale was only for the property. Alliance may have paid additional money to purchase the business.

Alliance’s existing facilities are located in Marlborough, Templeton, Braintree, Brockton, Foxborough, Peabody, Quincy, and Wrentham, according to its website.

Sitting on 2.2 acres of land, Coleman House is a 36,082-square-foot facility, according to Town of Northborough property records. The site received a fiscal 2026 tax assessment value of $6.63 million.
