State to take on Best Buy
The Attorney General's office and the Department of Consumer Protection are expected to announce later today that they will take "legal action" against mega-retailer Best Buy for overcharging customers. Last month, it was revealed that the company may have operated a mirror Web site on its stores' computers that reflected higher prices for products than those found on its regular Web site, in an effort to deter customers from questioning in-store prices.
