Radant Technologies Inc., a Stow-based maker of radar domes, reflectors and antennas, has leased nearly 59,000 square feet in Clinton, according to Hackman Capital and Calare Properties.
Radant will occupy 58,852 square feet in a 344,000-square-foot industrial facility at 100 Adams Road, owned and managed by Hackman and Hudson-based Calare to accommodate business growth, according to the landlords.
Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, was a member of the team that represented the tenants and was the property's listing agent. It worked with Radant for more than two years leading up to the lease.
"The combination of the facility's 32-foot ceiling heights, abundant loading capacity, existing office space and close proximity to Stow made 100 Adams Road the ideal choice for Radant," Ringuette said.
