Uxbridge animal hospital sold for $800K

The Blackstone Valley Animal Hospital in Uxbridge
The Blackstone Valley Animal Hospital in Uxbridge has been sold for $800,000 to a Pennsylvania-based veterinary real estate investing firm.
The sale of the small animal hospital on Douglas Road to Terravet Real Estate Solutions closed on Tuesday, according to a land deed with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. The property was formerly owned by Acorn Realty Trust.
Terravet could not immediately be reached for comment.
According to the Blackstone Valley Animal Hospital’s website, the business is still owned by VCA Inc., A California-based operator of more than 750 animal hospitals.
