You've outgrown MySpace

Making a good impression on the job hunt may have to include cleaning up the MySpace page. According to results of a recent Creative Group survey, including 250 responses from advertising executives senior marketing executives with the nation's 2,000 largest companies, half of advertising and marketing executives polled said they search online for information about prospective employees at least some of the time. Among those executives that do search the Web, 14 percent have decided not to hire someone based on their findings.
