Sarah Harrington leads marketing and communications for ATG, including at more than 55 trade shows, expositions, and conferences. During the company’s expansion from a single dealership in Shrewsbury to eight locations throughout the Northeast, she launched an integrated marketing plan and rebranding strategy, including new campaigns and digital strategies.
She has turned ATG’s signature community initiative, its Haulin' 4 Hunger program, into a philanthropic force donating 98,000 meals to food pantries across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont this year. Under her leadership, donations have increased by over 400%, community participation and employee involvement have more than tripled, and sponsor contributions have grown by 45% year-over-year. What began in 2012 with 200 holiday meals has evolved into a program providing nearly $170,000 worth of food to those in need. She expanded the initiative in 2021 to include quarterly donations to food pantries near each of ATG's locations across three states.
When she was a graduate assistant at Clark University, she co-authored research exploring deliberately developmental organization models and presented findings in Warsaw, Poland. She was subsequently invited to develop and teach a master's-level communication course, demonstrating her expertise in building practical, real-world educational experiences.
