Accreditation for pharm college

The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, which has a campus in Worcester, received five-year accreditation for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing program from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, a national accrediting agency.

The five-year accreditation is the maximum allowed for new programs.

The college offers a 16-month BSN program in Worcester. The Worcester campus is set to graduate its first BSN class this month.

The school's Boston campus offers a 32-month BSN program, and is set to graduate its first class next year.

The college expects to launch the BSN program in Manchester, N.H., later this year.
