Building Supply Property Acquired

COURTESY A Catholic group will lease this Canterbury Street property in Worcester, which for many year housed a building supply company.

A former building supply company on Canterbury Street in Worcester has been purchased by a Catholic ministry in the Diocese of Worcester.

The 18,545-square-foot building at 242 Canterbury St., which was occupied by Kesseli & Morse for 90 years, was purchased by Timao Realty LLC for $790,000. Timao, whose principals are based out of Hong Kong, signed a 10-year lease with Urban Missionaries this month. The organization was formerly known as the Refugee Apostolate.

Glickman Kovago & Co. represented all parties in the transaction.
