Fallon Exec. To Head HR Group

Randi Nichols, a human resources executive at Worcester-based Fallon Clinic, has been named chairman of an industry association.
Nichols is executive vice president of human resources and operations support services at Fallon Clinic and will be chairman of the Human Resources Leadership Council for the American Medical Group Association. Nichols has been on the council for three years and was previously the council's chair-elect.
Fallon Clinic, a nonprofit multi-specialty medical group, is scheduled to host the council's fall meeting in September in Boston.
