Fallon joins with health tech firm on care management platform

Worcester health insurer Fallon Health has joined with a Bedford-based health technology firm on a new health management tool in an aim to improve care.
TruCare Insights, a series of interactive dashboards and management tools, will be developed in a collaboration between Fallon and Casenet, and is expected to go live with a beta version in the first half of next year, Fallon said.
Fallon, which announced the partnership on Monday, said TruCare Insights will allow executive users to understand their staff's use of a similar program, TruCare, a Casenet health management platform used by Fallon and other health insurers.
Fallon said it expects TruCare Insights to be able to help balance caseloads, identify performance patterns in real time, establish and measure outcomes against baselines, and identify opportunities for training and workflow.
