Carrie Wattu, a spokesman for Fallon Total Care, confirmed the deal but declined to provide more details.
Fallon Total Care is among a small number of demonstration programs approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to provide care to patients eligible for coverage under both of the government-sponsored health care programs.
