The multifaceted Gardner nonprofit RCAP Solutions has hired Renee Perdicaro as executive assistant to the president and CEO and promoted Paul A. Teixeira, Richard N. Watkins and Sharon Drake.
Perdicaro has worked as a paralegal and executive assistant at other organizations in the area. She has experience in special projects, event management and board of director support. She has a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations from Boston College.
Teixeira was promoted to vice president and chief program officer. He has worked for RCAP since 1985, specializing in property development and management. He has a bachelor's degree from North Adams State College.
Watkins is now RCAP's executive vice president and chief human resources officer. He joined the organization in 2006 after 25 years in human resources management, including stints at several for-profit companies as well as the nonprofit industry group Holstine Association USA. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and psychology from the University of Akron in Ohio.
Drake, who joined RCAP in 2009, was promoted to human resources manager. Before moving to the organization, she worked for Resource Management Inc. in Fitchburg as a senior human resources representative. Before that, she was HR director of Ragsdale Motor Group. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the New England School of Accounting.
