Hudson Firm Acquires Canadian Company
Hudson-based office furniture maker AIS announced today that it has reached an agreement with Ontario-based CAF Contract Seating to acquire the company.
The two companies must still hash out the details of the acquisition, but AIS said it plans to manufacture CAF seating lines in Massachusetts and will start taking dealer orders in September.
AIS has 320 employees and three locations in Hudson.
