Jeep biz out of basement, into Phoenix Park

Phoenix Park, a renovated 325,000-square-foot former rope factory in Shirley, has signed a new tenant that started its business in a Lunenburg basement.

All Things Jeep recently signed a lease for 9,000 square feet in the park, which is adjacent to the Devens Commerce Center. The business began in the basement of Norman and Jean Wnuk, but has grown to become the largest online store for Jeep-related gifts, accessories and memorabilia.

But the Wnuks didn't just need the space for All Things Jeep and allthingsjeep.com, Jean Wnuk also runs paintedkiwi.com, which she launched in May 2006. The business carries popular lines of colorful casual clothing.
