To accommodate growth, Spectrum Microwave Inc. is moving from Cedar Hill Street in Marlborough to larger space at 400 Nickerson Rd., in the Marlborough Technology Park.
The maker of radio frequency and microwave components has leased 42,832 square feet in the park, 16,000 square feet more than it occupied on Cedar Hill Street, according to Colliers Meredith & Grew, the Boston commercial real estate broker that handled the deal.
The Nickerson Road building is owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners. The company said, "It was a perfect fit to accommodate our growing operations."
Normandy was represented in the transaction by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, also of Boston.
The Marlborough Technology Park is off Interstate 495 and is made up of seven Class A office buildings totaling almost 600,000 square feet.
