Micron to make equipment for Denmark firm

Fitchburg-based Arrhythmia Research Technology Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Micron Products Inc. will make heart monitoring sensors for use in Denmark-based Ambu A/S's line of diagnostic equipment.

According to James E. Rouse, Arrhythmia president and CEO, the exclusive three-year agreement between Arrhythmia and Ambu brings stability to both companies.

Arrhythmia, through Micron, makes silver-plated sensors and snaps used in disposable ECG, EEG, EMS and TENS equipment.

Micron has several divisions around Massachusetts.
