KRISTIN ZIRKEL was promoted to assistant vice president, senior marketing officer at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton. A bank employee since May 2006, Zirkel will be responsible for creating and designing advertising and promotional material.

MARY LAFLEUR, who has a background in servicing, is now assistant vice president, collections and loan servicing manager at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton. She has been with the bank since July 2012.

LINNEA MILEY is now credit officer at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton. Miley, who has been an employee with the bank since August 2005, will work on complex commercial credits and other department projects.

JILL PARCELL was named assistant vice president, branch manager at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton, where she has worked as an employee since May 2009. Over her years at the bank, she has shown a commitment to providing quality financial services.

JENNIFER MAYNARD is now assistant vice president, branch manager at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton. She has been with the bank as an employee since June 2010 and since then has garnered a significant amount of experience and expertise within the system.

JOSEPH R. DUNN was hired as vice president, deposit operations manager at North Brookfield Savings Bank, a community bank in North Brookfield. Dunn brings a wealth of banking experience to the table, most recently as assistant treasurer, deposit operations manager at Peoples Federal Savings Bank in Brighton, where he worked from 1994-2015. Before that, he worked at Cambridge Savings Bank in the operations department. He lives in Tewksbury.

GRZEGORZ WENC is now a senior accountant at McLaren & Associates CPA, PC in Shrewsbury. Wenc has more than 10 years of tax experience in individual, trust and business entity returns. He lives in Webster.

DEREK GRILLO was appointed to the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/MetroWest. A Shrewsbury resident, Grillo is the co-owner of Struck Catering in Worcester. He is involved with the community and most notably served as treasurer and officer of the Shrewsbury Rotary Club for more than 10 years.

BARBARA HEISLER was elected to serve on the board of directors for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/MetroWest. She is the owner and the principal broker at Heisler & Mattson Properties in Westborough. She is currently a member of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce, and in the past has held leadership roles in the Shrewsbury Rotary Club, Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival and at the American Cancer Society chapter in Marlborough. She lives in Shrewsbury.

JACK HOEHLEIN, a financial adviser at Morgan Stanley in Wellesley, is now on the board of Big Brothers Big Sister of Central Mass/MetroWest. He has years of corporate experience, including at ACNielsen, as a founding member of Non Stop Logistics and Viewlocity, and as an independent corporate consultant to multi-million dollar companies. He lives in Dover.

RYAN KITTREDGE, a partner at Carr Financial Group in Worcester, was appointed to the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/MetroWest. He is a current Big Brother and member of the BBBSCM Board of Corporators. He previously served as co-chair of the BBBSCM Young Professionals group and the Alumni & Friends Association, which has raised thousands of dollars for mentoring programs.

MIKE POWERS is now on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/MetroWest. Powers is a title counsel for Connecticut Attorney's Title Insurance Co. in its Westborough office. Prior to joining CATIC in 2014, he worked in private law practice for 28 years. He has also been involved with youth sports, most notably as president of the Shrewsbury Youth Hockey Association.

PAUL VILLENA, a division director at staffing and recruitment firm firstPRO Inc., was appointed to the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/MetroWest. He has more than 15 years of staffing experience, serving nonprofits as well as Fortune 500 companies across many different industries, with a specialty in information technology.
