TIM FOLEY has joined UMass Memorial Health as the Worcester healthcare system's new vice president of government relations. Foley most recently served as executive vice president and Massachusetts division director of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, the 85,000-members labor union he has held positions with for nearly two decades. Previously, he has held roles including campaign manager and mobilization coordinator for gubernatorial and state senate campaigns.

LAWRENCE NFOR has been named to the board of trustees at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. Nfor serves as senior director of finance and administration at the Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg, Leominster, & Gardner. He is a graduate of MWCC and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management and his master’s degree from Fitchburg State University.

JEN CONRAD

Cornerstone Bank in Worcester has hired JEN CONRAD as its senior vice president, director of commercial services. In her new capacities, Conrad will manage on-boarding and retainment of new and existing business and nonprofit and municipal clients while working with customers to deliver a range of products and services. She previously worked at Leominster-based Fidelity Bank and is a graduate of Assumption University in Worcester.

EMMA DUPREY

EMMA DUPREY has been named the director of nursing at Worcester-based nonprofit Thrive Support & Advocacy. In her new role, Duprey will oversee health care of the organization’s residential programs while supervising Thrive’s nursing staff, operations, and processes. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the now-closed Becker College in Worcester.

JENNIFER RILEY GLASS

JENNIFER RILEY GLASS has joined Clinton Savings Bank as senior vice president, chief information officer, where she will manage the bank’s information technology/information system and its operations teams. With more than three decades of experience, Glass most recently served as director of information security compliance at Boston-based financial technology company Bondlink. She graduated from UMass Amherst with her bachelor’s degree in economics.

LOLA BELA

LOLA BELA has been promoted at bankHometown to assistant branch manager at the Oxford-based bank’s 270 Grove St. office in Worcester. Bela originally came to bankHometown in 2024 as a teller supervisor, and today has accumulated 11 years of banking experience. In her new role, she will supervise the branch’s daily operations, maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations, and coach new branch staff. Bela earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Tirana in Albania.

Eight employees of Fidelity Bank received awards at the Leominster-based institution’s annual All-Hearts meeting for fulfilling the bank’s LifeDesign promise of providing clients care, clarity, and confidence. SHAWN TOLF, business services sales representative, received the Client-Facing Mission Accomplished Award for building trust and fostering long-term partnerships. PAULA BERNIER, director of mortgage production, received the Back-Office Mission Accomplished Award for successfully leading a bank project and coordinating multiple high-impact initiatives. GELSOMINA “JESSIE” D’ESPOSITO, core banking and digital applications manager, and JIM NOTARO, director of digital delivery, product, and market intelligence, received Innovation Awards for striving for continuous improvement and excellence by creating automation to feed data in real time across systems. AMBER HERNDON, mortgage production coordinator, received the Excellence Award for her care with clients and colleagues and providing insightful solutions. DEB KAZARIAN, banking center manager at the Needham Banking Center, received the Care Award for her work with her local Rotary Club and the Charles River Regional Chamber. MAYRA “MIMI” ROSERO REGALADO, home loan specialist, received the Humility Award for her dedication to learning and development, professionally navigating difficult situations, and supporting her colleagues. DONALD MAILLOUX, personal banker at the Gardner Banking Center, received the Integrity Award for fulfilling Fidelity’s highest professional standards and using the bank’s C.A.R.E. process to resolve challenging situations. TOWMA RASTAD, community engagement manager, received the Positivity Award for her enthusiasm and optimism, overcoming challenges with a positive attitude, and helping colleagues feel valued.
