CB Richard Ellis, a Boston-based commercial real estate firm, has taken over property management duties for 68 New England industrial and office properties, including the Westborough Technology Park.
Westborough Technology Park is 222,453 square feet of office and high tech space near the intersection of Route 9 and Interstate 495.
The park and the other properties in the portfolio were previously managed by RREEF, an investment management arm of Deutsche Bank Group. RREEF has assigned property management duties over to CBRE, but will remain as asset manager.
In addition to the Westborough property, CBRE will act as property manager at other large office and industrial properties for RREEF in Cambridge, Bedford and Andover, as well as in New Hampshire, Connecticut and Maine. The properties are part of a 70 million-square-foot portfolio to be managed by CBRE.
CBRE previously managed about 5 million square feet for RREEF.
