Zero vacancy for Wayland office building

R.W. Holmes Realty said the Wayland Woods office building it represents is now 100 percent occupied.
The 57,000-square-foot complex, which is off Commonwealth Road, underwent renovations after being bought for $6 million by Wayland Woods LLC last November.
The latest tenant deals totaled more than 27,500 square feet, and included leases for Holmes itself, Smartsource, Stanmar and the Oak Group. Also, Members First renewed its lease at the building.
The Class A building is near I-90, Route 128 and Route 9.
