Lexington Firm Buys Ex-DCU Headquarters
Lexvest Parker LLC of Lexington has purchased the former Digital Credit Union headquarters in Maynard for $1.37 million, according to the company that represented it, O'Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough.
The 29,999-square-foot office building, at 141 Parker St. (Route 27) in Maynard, is near the Sudbury line.
Eric O'Brien, the broker in the deal, said Lexvest closed the sale in February and will offer "competitive lease deals to area companies in need of high quality office space." About 90 percent of the space in the building is available, he added.
