Owens & Minor has renewed its lease of 227,000 square feet at 135 Constitution Blvd. in Franklin.
The building is part of the Franklin Industrial Park, was built in 1987 and expanded in 1998, according to Boston commercial real estate broker Richards Barry Joyce & Partners , which represented landlord INVESCO in the deal. Owens & Minor is a distributor of medical and surgical supplies to hospitals and health care systems.
INVESCO purchased the building in 2005, according to RBJ.
