Kelleher and Umphrey’s firm have been a key cog in the Central Masschusetts economy for decades now, and the last year has been no exception. Even a short drive in Worcester is likely to bring you past at least one sign advertising a property for sale or lease by the company.

Powerful businesses and organizations, including law firm Bowditch & Dewey, UMass Memorial Health, Hanover Insurance Group, and Fallon Health, trust Kelleher & Sadowsky to handle their real estate needs. At the same time, no client is too small; the firm in April helped Korean fried chicken restaurant Cluck & Crispy Chicken secure a lease for a second location in Worcester. One of its biggest eyecatching deals the firm was the June 2024 sale of 115 Northeast Cutoff. After a $19-million sale, the former home of Allergo Microsystems is being transformed into the new headquarters for The David Clark Co., helping ensure one of the most influential manufacturers in Worcester continues to have a presence in the city.

Eric Casey is the managing editor at Worcester Business Journal, who primarily covers the manufacturing and real estate industries.
